At Satechi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all included accessories and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
